Terms and Conditions for Restaurant Event Bookings

Welcome to The Ginger Leaf! We are delighted that you are considering us for your event. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our terms and conditions for event bookings.

1. Booking Confirmation:
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract or online payment and a deposit payment.
The deposit amount will be specified in the contract and is required to secure your reservation.

2. Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 5000 is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid later than 1Hour before the event time.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 1 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
For cancellations made within 2 days, full payment may be required based on our discretion.

4. Guest Count:
An estimated guest count must be provided at least 2 days prior to the event.
Final headcount must be confirmed no later than 1 days before the event; this count will determine final billing.

5. Menu Selections:
Menu selections should be finalized at least 2 days before your event.
Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice but should also be communicated during menu selection.

6. Event Duration:
Events are typically scheduled for a duration of 2:30- 3:00Hour, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Additional charges may apply if events exceed allocated timeframes without prior arrangements.

7. Damage Responsibility:
The client agrees to take responsibility for any damages incurred during their event caused by guests or vendors associated with them.

8. Liability Disclaimer:
The restaurant shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from events held on its premises, except as mandated by law.

9. Conduct & Behavior:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately throughout their visit; disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the event without refund.

10. Changes & Adjustments:
Any changes to contracted services (e.g., additional guests, menu adjustments) must receive written approval from management and may incur additional costs.

11. Force Majeure:
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking with no liability beyond returning deposits received

12. Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chhattisgarh India.
